Punk Rope Invades Evander Childs in the Bronx

Congrats to Stephanie Ward? and Jeremy Rafal? on inspiring hundreds of students at Evander Childs High School in the Bronx (my mom’s alma mater) to fall in love with rope jumping. They taught more than 10 classes over the past two days and did an outstanding job. So proud of them! Will share pics as soon as they become available. Perhaps more schools will now be interested in learning the “Punk Rope” way.

Thanks to my amazing Punk Rope performing crew and loyal fans, I was fortunate to be selected as the Fan Favorite on Episode III of Fit or Flop. Heel-toe crunch (2 x 30s)
