PUNK ROPE WORKSHOP (7 hours)
Who should attend?
Fitness instructors, personal trainers, physical education teachers, and anybody interested in learning a fun and effective approach to improving fitness. Required for those who want to launch an official Punk Rope class.

HOPPING FOR HEALTH WORKSHOP (3 hours)
Prepares participants to deliver the Hopping for Health program, which is ideal for physical education classes, recess, and afterschool programs. We recently presented highlights of this program to 31 New York City PE teachers. They rated our presentation a 4.93 out of 5.00, nearly a perfect score.

Physical education teachers, classroom teachers, school aides, parent coordinators, afterschool program coordinators and volunteers

PUNK ROPE PLAYTIME (3 hours)
Who should attend?
Fitness instructors, physical education teachers, afterschool program coordinators, camp counselors
What will I learn?
—A methodology for creating fun and effective fitness games and relay races
—How to incorporate games into group fitness, PE, recess, and afterschool programs
—How to play 20 of our favorite games including long rope baseball and long rope cat & mouse

ROPE JUMPING 101
This 3-hour workshop covers all the basics of rope jumping.
Who should attend?
Fitness instructors, personal trainers, physical education teachers, coaches, and athletes
