WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?
All you need are comfortable workout clothes, a good pair of sneakers, a jump rope, and some great tunes.

HOW DO I JUMP ROPE?
If you’re new to rope jumping, check out the Jump Rope Basics video below. Once you’ve mastered the basics, you can move on to attempt the steps demonstrated in the other videos below. Remember to take it slowly and progress gradually. A good rule of thumb is to increase your volume of jumping by no more than 10% each week. Before you know it you’ll be hopping up a storm.

Don’t forget to do a proper warm-up and cool-down with every workout and listen to your body if it’s telling you to slow down.
