Since 2005, Punk Rope has collaborated with numerous schools, non-profits, government agencies, and coalitions to help reverse the sedentary living epidemic.
Punk Rope wrote the fitness curriculum for The Afterschool Corporation’s Building Healthy Communities program (K-8) and the training curriculum for the Food Bank’s SHAKE program (K-12). We have also trained more than 200 physical education teachers and afterschool program coordinators around the nation in our methodology.
Created in November 2009, our Hopping for Health program, which fulfills the NASPE Standards, is an effective and affordable way to get kids in grades K-12 to improve their fitness and have fun at the same time. Hopping for Health can be used for physical education classes, recess, and afterschool programs.
