Shana Brady

Co-creator of Beastanetics; BS, Nutrition & Exercise Science, Queens College; certified as a personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise; certified as a Health & Fitness Instructor by the American College of Sports Medicine; certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine

Heather Wagner

Certified as a personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise; brown belt in Shotokan karate; Eden Energy Medicine practitioner; played varsity basketball and soccer in high school; former youth soccer coach; winner of the 2014 and 2015 Lose to Win Challenges (lost 5.7% body fat and 19.4 pounds in 60 days)

I didn't expect to love it, but I do. There's none of the boredom that comes with the endless reps of most workouts. Unlike other boot camps where the instructors scream at you drill sergeant style, Tim pushes you beyond what you think you're able to do with simple encouragement. Telling someone they're doing great is more effective than telling them they suck.
