Are there any prerequisites?
No. Everybody is welcome.
I’m not a good rope jumper. Would it still make sense for me to attend?
The whole point of the workshop is to teach you the fundamentals so you become a better rope jumper. On the other hand, you shouldn’t expect miracles after just a few hours of instruction. Practice and persistence will be the key to continued improvement.

I registered for a workshop. Now what?
Within 48 hours we’ll email you a welcome letter along with your Rope Jumping for Maximum Fitness Manual. We’ll ask for your height so we can bring you a rope of the correct length. Thank you in advance for responding.
What should I wear/bring to the workshop?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers (we prefer flat-soled shoes). Bring a notebook and pen, water, and a healthy snack.
