What’s Beastanetics?

Sarah twists the morning away at McCarren ParkCreated in 2009 by certified personal trainer, Tim Haft, Beastanetics Boot Camp is a 6-week (2 classes per week), high-intensity, interval-training program, which utilizes functional, triplanar body weight movements to increase stamina, strength, power, speed, agility, and mental toughness. Work and rest periods are kept short to maximize fitness gains.

Many of our students have seen significant improvement in 400 meter run time, plank holds, push-ups, broad jump distance, and more in only 6 weeks.

Your instructors will challenge and motivate you, but first and foremost will make sure you feel safe, supported, and welcome. Class size is limited to ensure all students receive individual attention.

Virgin Beasts are welcome to a one-time free trial (space permitting). Thereafter the drop-in fee is $15 per class. Email us if you’d like to arrange to drop in to a class.
