Created in 2009 by certified personal trainer, Tim Haft, Beastanetics is a high-intensity, interval-training program inspired by the Tabata protocol. Beast utilizes functional and effective body weight movements across all three planes of motion to increase stamina, strength, power, speed, agility, and mental toughness. Work and rest periods are kept short to maximize fitness gains.
Beastanetics is not a weight loss program, however if combined with the proper diet and adequate rest, it can help you lose fat and increase muscle mass.
Your instructors will challenge and motivate you, but will also make sure you feel safe, supported, and welcome. Class size is limited to ensure all students receive plenty of individual attention.
