WHAT IS BEASTANETICS?
Created in 2009 by Tim Haft, Beastanetics Boot Camp is a high-intensity, interval-training program (HIIT), which utilizes functional body weight movements in all three planes of motion to increase stamina, strength, power, speed, agility, metabolism, and fat loss. Work and rest periods are kept short to maximize fitness gains.
WHAT IS HIIT?
HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training, which features shorts bursts of intense exercise and brief rest periods. Studies have demonstrated that HIIT improves cardiorespiratory fitness (Kessler, Sisson, and Short), insulin sensitivity (Boutcher), HDL cholesterol, and fat loss, and that it reduces the risk of heart disease (Swain and Franklin).
RESULTS FROM BEASTANETICS
After only 10 Beastanetics classes, our students can run the 400 meters (1 lap of a standard track) faster, hold their planks longer, do more push-ups, and jump higher and further. They also feel better, sleep better, are less stressed, and have better sex.
Your instructors will challenge you, while making sure you feel safe and supported. Class size is limited to ensure students receive plenty of individual attention.
