Punk Rope improves stamina, strength, power, agility, coordination, balance, rhythm, and timing. It also burns a sh*t ton of calories (up to 20 per minute for the more intense movements) so it can help you lose or maintain your weight.

Punk Rope has been held at some pretty cool venues including bowling alleys, bars, city parks, art galleries, and even the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland.
Punk Rope classes are themed and celebrate everything from the Super Bowl to St. Patrick’s Day to Super Heroes to Swedish National Day.
Punk Rope is the most popular rope-jumping based fitness class in the world. Okay, it’s one of the only rope-jumping based fitness classes in the world, but still.
Punk Rope does its best to make the world a better place. To that end, we’ve teamed up with the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, City Harvest, The Food Bank, The After School Corporation, the New York City Department of Education, The US Department of Health and Human Services, and many other organizations to promote health and fitness.
