CARING FOR YOUR ROPE
When not in use, hang your rope over a hook or hanger. Remove any knots. Your rope will perform best on non-abrasive surfaces such as a wooden floor, rubberized track, or an exercise mat. Jumping on concrete or asphalt will shorten the life of your rope as will jumping in cold weather.
