WHAT
Beastanetics is a small group interval training class that improves cardio, strength, agility, mobility, and body composition. Appropriate for people of most fitness levels. The 1-month membership includes all classes for the month plus email/text access to your coach (Tim Haft). If a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, members will be refunded for that class.

The field is bordered by Driggs, Lorimer, Bayard, & Union.
Subways: G to Nassau; L to Bedford

WHEN
Tuesdays & Thursdays
8:15-9:15am
Class will be canceled if the temperature is below 32º F and/or if it’s raining or snowing.

$80/month or $15 to drop in (cash preferred)

By registering, I acknowledge the risks Beastanetics presents to my musculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems. I certify I am not pregnant and have no medical conditions, which will increase my risk of injury or illness by participating in Beastanetics. I understand that I may injure myself as a result of my participation in Beastanetics and I hereby release Punk Rope, Inc. and its principals, agents, and contractors from any liability now or in the future including, but not limited to, heart attacks, muscle strains, pulls, or tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat prostration, injuries to the knees, lower back, or feet, and any other illness, soreness, or injury, however caused, occurring, during, or after my participation in a Beastanetics class.
